Returns and Refunds:

Maison Monroe Jewelry Studio is committed to creating pieces that feel special and meaningful. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• unworn
• in original condition
• returned in original packaging
Once the item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the purchase price.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Due to hygiene considerations, earrings are not eligible for return.

Shipping Damage
Every order is carefully packaged before shipment. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
